Quality & Control

Nature of Services Quality & Control  provides personal training and nutriton coaching services. The information, programs, and guidance offered are intended for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.

Assumption of Risk By engaging in any training session or program with Quality & Control  Training, clients acknowledge and accept that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. Quality & Control and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any session or program.

Dress Code & Attire Disclaimer: Clients are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and proper footwear for all training sessions. Suitable clothing and footwear are essential for safe participation in physical activity. Quality & Control reserves the right to refuse service to any client who arrives without appropriate attire.

Quality & Control shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or harm that occurs as a result of a client's failure to wear proper athletic clothing or footwear during any session or program. By participating in any session, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring they are appropriately dressed for physical activity.

Limitation of Liability

MP Personal Training reserves the right to refuse service to any client who arrives without appropriate attire.

Quality & Control shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, reliance on any information provided, or participation in any training program.

Facility Liability Disclaimer Training sessions offered by Quality & Control may take place at A2M Fitness, located at 542 Champagne Drive. Please be advised that A2M Fitness, as a third-party facility, is an independent entity and is not affiliated with MP Personal Training.

A2M Fitness shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained while on their premises, including but not limited to injuries resulting from the use of gym equipment, facilities, or any other resources available at the location. Clients are responsible for using all equipment safely and in accordance with its intended purpose.

Quality & Control similarly assumes no liability for injuries or incidents that occur as a result of a client's use of A2M Fitness equipment or facilities outside of a supervised training session.

By participating in any session held at A2M Fitness, clients acknowledge and accept these terms in full

Intellectual Property All training programs, materials, and content created by Quality & Control are the exclusive property of Quality & Control and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Governing Law This Legal Notice and all services provided by Quality & Control are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
